How do I choose my correct size?
For those placing their first order with us, we highly recommend taking the time to measure your existing garments and compare those measurements to our size chart on the product page.
By doing so, you can select the size that most closely matches your measurements, ensuring an ideal fit right from the start.
How do look after the puff print?
Please follow these instructions carefully to protect your puff print.
- Cold Gentle Machine Wash
- Using Non Bio Detergent
- Wash inside out
- Wash similar colors together
- Rinse Well
- Line Dry inside out
- Do Not Soak
- Do Not Bleach or use washing products that contain bleaching chemicals
- Do Not Tumble Dry
- Do Not Dry Clean

MY ORDER
Can I change or cancel my order?
Our orders are automatically downloaded for dispatch so we can ensure these reach customers as quickly as possible. It’s for this reason that once placed in our system, orders cannot be amended or cancelled. This includes delivery addresses.
Prior to checking out, please double check your order & shipping details to ensure this is accurate. Domestic parcel addresses may be able to be re-directed through Australia Post once tracking has been provided.
Rest assured if an inaccurate or incomplete address was provided at checkout and a parcel is undeliverable, we will be here to assist & re-direct this if possible.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
I have not receieved my order confirmation, did my order come through?
Sometimes the order confirmation emails will go into your junk/spam box, please check this first.
This could also be that the email address on your order is incorrect. Please contact us via the form below including the full name on your order and delivery address so we can check this for you, we can then resend an order confirmation.
My order is incorrect, what is the next step?
All of our garments go through extensive equality control checks prior to dispatch. If you believe your order is incorrect (incorrect size, colour way, item) please flag this with us immediately via our contact us form below so we can to assist you. Incorrect orders / errors must be flagged within 7 days of your parcel arriving.

Yes, we ship world-wide at a flat rate with Australia Post.

Can I return my product?
Returns are accepted within strictly 7 days from the date your order is received for ready to wear garments.
Please Note: We do not accept returns for items sold from our final sale category alongside accessories such as socks or caps due to health and safety reasons. Please check the product page prior to checkout for the conditions of return for the items you intend to purchase.

- Must be returned in unworn and unwashed, as new condition. This includes free of any visible signs of wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc.
- Must include original packaging
Please note the following in regards to postage costs:
- SMOOCHIES does not cover the cost of returns unless orders are deemed faulty / incorrect.
- Original postage will not be included in return order refunds.
Returns must be posted back to the provided address within 3 business days. Proof of return must be provided via email. Smoochies is not responsible for return orders lost in the process of return. If your order has been lost / delayed in returning back to Smoochies, please address this with your postal service using your tracking details.
Items returned outside of this period, or outside the conditions outlined above will be returned to the customer at customer expense.
Once garments are returned, we require 3-5 business days to process these. Once your return has been reviewed, refunds will be processed back into the original payment method.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you believe your garment is faulty or your item arrives marked - please flag this immediately via the contact form below for review/replacement. Do not attempt to wash this as this impacts our ability to accurately investigate this.
We are unable to process any returns for concerns that fall under general wear and tear. Please carefully read the washing instructions for each item to ensure longevity in your garment.
